We can ensure that by the date you move, your internet connection will be live and your voice services will be ready for use with your existing numbers in place. Voice and Data SOlutions will take responsibility for making sure the cabling is complete subject to wayleave approval, the customer premise equipment (CPE) is configured and your numbers are ported and live. There will be no downtime involved in the move!
During the period of the office move, where six to eight weeks is recommmended, we will project manage all elements of the office relocation from a telecoms perspective. We will liaise with the telecoms operators so our clients don't have to.
In the event of an unexpected or emergency relocation, we have been able to set companies up within a week on a temporary basis to ensure continuity of service. We can then swap out the temporary arrangement for the permanent one when the numbers port and the proper internet connection is installed.
